We must comply with court orders as a matter of law.We do log IP addresses for the purpose of server security but this data is deleted monthly. We uphold all privacy rights that the law allows, but we will not protect or passively condone illegal activity in violation of state or federal law. No portion of our privacy policy shall be applicable to any web site that advocates or promotes illegal sexual activity. Any web site of this nature found on our servers shall be immediately reported to the FBI, and the State Attorney General in the state of jurisdiction of the site owner. We will not hesitate to assist the authorities to prosecute the site owner. Our privacy policy shall not be construed to protect the identity of those who send unsolicited bulk e mail.
