Does George W. Bush deserve to be impeached?

Does George W. Bush deserve to be impeached for deliberately misleading the American People about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? Did he deliberately mislead us about weapons of mass destruction intentionally? Does he bear the supervisory burden of responsibility for the negligence of subordinates to verify the validity of the intelligence before proceeding to send our armed forces into harms way?
